Heading to our destination = morning wet market to start our roadshow. Set up our small counter with banner, scale, chairs & other stuffs. The weather is so good today. What we gonna do? Today is my first Road Show. Kept passing out the flyers and inviting people for FREE body analysis. It's pretty good result I have got today. Actually many people wanted to lose weight and improve health but they don't know where to get the right products for themselves. Most people do have diabetes, high blood pressure & etc. Pretty sad to hear that.

Customer's day at my office. Another 2 prospects ffk*. No problem! I still enjoyed in the event with my other partners!

a PRODUCTIVE weekend - Part I

Went to HQ for order placement. Supposed to have an appointment with a prospect but last minute ffk* which is common to me but still I make my move to the HOM & Shake Party. WOW~ What a great shake party I ever attended! Next, we are planning to do survey. But, I felt faint for lack of food =_= In order to have great result for our survey, I must at least feed my stomach first. We decided to have lunch at Station Kopitiam. I had my grilled chicken! Hmm.. normal taste only nia.. sian.. But, at least I gained enough energy to start work again!!!
Actually, this is my first time to do survey. And this is the first time for ALL of US. But, they all said I am the leader! I have to show to them how to do!! Gosh.. my hand is shaking! I DO I DO I will DO it!!! This is how I can grow under pressure.. Haha
Let's GO! I aimed to a malay aunt but she said she is rush and kept saying NO NO NO to me. That's fine, NEXT! Oh.. 2 teenagers are standing there. I approached to them with a big big smile.. Finally I have done 2 surveys in front of them! GOOD! Everyone started to work! My goal for today is 10 numbers but I got 15! TERRIFIC!!! As a bonus for today, a friend is interested to be friend with me. What's more, we exchanged our mobile number!!

Next, my sister wanted to spend me Shabu-shabu for dinner. I'm hungry again.. so I said YES to her even though I have to speed up coz I have to deliver the product to my customer later. This is my second time for shabu-shabu. They had moved to a new building. Of course nice environment but the foods wise are pretty much the same. Next, I speed up to my customer's house as I have a party with my colleagues afterward. I'm so happy to see her lost 3kg in ONE week! What a terrific result she has got! She looks much difference compared a week ago. She is happy and excited for herself!

Next, HOME. Changed a slipper and heading to meet my colleagues for drinks. We are staying in the same taman. Next 3 rows from my house. He has a special made KTV room which allow people to sing/shout till the early morning but no one can hear! I had 3 glasses of red wine then I make my move first coz I have to work early morning in the next day + really really really tired for today.

p/s: I really have poor time management. That's why I always speed up in freeway. Today is just the same. As usual, I speed up to 107km instead of 90km in KESAS. Actually it's not really fast compared to other. When I syiok syiok speeding up until Sri Petaling, policemen are busy stopping those who syiok syiok speed up just now. I thought I tak kena wann but the policeman giving the signal to ask me park aside. =__=

Self Affirmation

I learned Self-affirmation from a Teacher Hui Fern last week. In the self-affirmation, what you need to do is keep affirm yourself so the good things will stick with you. I practiced over and over again before I meet with my clients. And the result is I managed to make 3 appointment with the 3 calls I had make. Meaning to say that, it's worked 100% on me! Hahaha...

Okay, guess you must be curious and may be eager to learn so good fortune will follow u. Well, i'm not stingy.. here u go:

Today is another GOOD day for me

I had completed my task in 2 days instead of 5 days (normal period)! Feel so great!!!

This is my formula to master my skill since 2007! Today, it's proven that my formula is works! Haha! See.. i already shorten my time frame from 2 days instead of 5 days! You know what, we can do lotsa things in 3 days time and I'm getting mature so I don't think I am willing to waste my 3 days time anymore.

I committed to do my 30mins exercise from today onwards! I reached home 6.30pm today then straight away changed my office attire to sports wear and drove my mini car right to the playground! Actually it's kind of lazy coz the weather it's cooling. After rain makes me feel sleepy but I already commit to do it so wtf* situation also must do it! It's not suprise that lack of people in the taman. Only few Indians older people over there. I warmed up myself then I start to jog. There is a lake in my taman. Quite a big lake. I finished my first round! Huh~ sweating a lot but I like! Actually I am lazy to jog for second round but since I am already here so I just keep going till I really beh tahan liao then I stopped by the single walker and started to walk! A young guy is waiting right behind me. I don't know why he standing there as there are many other facilities he can use =__= While I am so enjoying on my walk, an uncle comes to chat with me with his 2 cute sons. He is really outspoken! See.. he brighten up my evening! I'm full with energy now!

Met my old school best friend in I'm just now. She said she miss me alot and wanted to call me but don't know what to talk. Aiks~ i remember we have countless topics one, how cruel she said like that to me.. meaning our friendship distance is not as close as past.. Aih~ suddenly heart so cold ..

Oppsss.. i haven't prepare my slides for tomorrow early meeting! Have to sacrifice one more sleeping hour in order to get my things done. (--")

I am Injured...

Today worked 16 hours! Super super super tired... but FUN coz i am doing what I love!
Today was a good day to me. Why i said so? No traffic coz I left home super earlier and of coz can pick my desire FREE parking along the Raja Chulan road. >.< It's completely reflected in Chinese proverb "Early bird got worm to eat" (direct translation) LOL

Normally I will lepak at Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts outside of The Weld coz they are providing FREE unlimited access WIFI! ;p At the same time, I can enjoy looking at those sexy ladies and smart men walking here and there. What a nice view to me! Had 2 cups of mint herb tea in Starbucks this morning. Taste so good as refresh my blur mind early in the morning. Working on laptop before my office opens.

I had my lunch in a Chinese lady's cafe inside MPL tower. I took fried meehoon, kangkung with garlic, egg and curry sauce which u normally can get in nasi lemak stall along the road when u are on your way to work. Guess how much??? Gosh.. she charged me RM 4-50! Yes, i know i am in KL now but shouldn't bill us damn expensive for normal stuff right? which we usually can get around RM2-50! The taste is okay only nia ma...I will never visit to her stall anymore!

My house gate is covered with besi to prevent my "popeye", "pudding" and "b0bie" climb out from the house. May be i'm too tired and carried 3 bags so abit "lun jun".. without paying much attention, my right toe kicked the angle then guess what ~ bleeding! Sorry to my lovely white shoe to add "permanent dirt" on u... (--'') Of course it's painful, too... stupid gal!

After busy from 7am to 7pm today, sure must get some NICE stuff to reward myself. Both of us are hunger for FOOD so we jalan jalan inside Times Square to see what we can have for tonight. Jenny is always shopping in this mall and I only visit to the hotel instead of the mall so both of us don't know where to get yummy food. See got money to spend also don't know where to spend?! HAHA. Finally, I chose Gasoline Cafe which located nearby the cinema. The theme of the cafe is really eye-catching. Jenny is very cincai one so always I make the decision.. Let's GO!

Thereafter, we went for shopping. I want to buy a comfortable shoe which can allow me to walk in KL everyday. But, ended up I bought 2 pairs in metalic blue and light purple. See, I am really a lady! Cannot resist to buy unuseful stuff.. Grrrrrrr Jenny also got herself a metalic blue which is exactly the same design like me. The only difference is size 5 for me and size 8 for her.

Time flies fast. I joined Action Team for my company since August 2008 which is 8 months ago. The initial purpose to join was because of my mentor wanted me to support local system as she is far away in LA. But, yesterday when our first quater of 2009 has accomplished i realized one thing ~ i'm DARE to speak now! Hooray! What a big breakthrough for me! Definitely help me alot to build my business at my young age. Yes, i'm always proud that i'm still YOUNG! I love my 20's yet looking forward to my 30's. At 20's people will always putting doubt on me even though i'm more capable than them. At 30's people will starting to put trust and respect me and may be admire the way i do. Agree with me? XD

I'm so fortunate that finally my old school best friend - Jenny Beh spent her precious Sunday with me to have a look on my company. Her attendance meant alot to me. Really.. thank u, Muaksss! I do hope you can find something for yourself from today meeting...

I'm so lucky that can met with our PRESIDENT of my company - Theresa from Taiwan. She is at her 40's now but every movement and the way she talks is just like 18! I'm truly impressed from her sharing today! I admired her lifestyle. She was travelling every month to different countries like Japan, Sweden, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, US, Australia, & many more for the past 2 years until phobia. OMG, 12 months x 2 years = 24 countries!!!

Today my friend Pei Pei just asked me where am I going to have yummy food this weekend as those photos that I uploaded can temp her.. LOL. This weekend will be my Working week so don't think have time to go and enjoy! I'm really a pelupa-la, I have lunch appointment with my lady boss - Christine today so still be able to share nice food with you all as we are going to try on a new opening cafe!
Sharp sharp 12.30pm, both of us sitting in her Mercedes Benz C Class to our destination - The Gelataria (Finest Italian Gelato & Cafe) in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. They are running promotion on Corporate Lunch which required advanced booking else you won't have the chance to enjoy! I had made the booking on past Wednesday and this morning Christine called up to pre-book 2 sets of Corporate Lunch today. Corporate lunch meaning we only have 2 choices for the day so either u choose A or B lo and with condition: You must PRE-BOOK. I want Fusilli Vegetarian and she wants Torpedo Prawns, Chips and Coleslaw.
First stepped into the cafe, OMG! I'm really like stepping into Venice! Damn nice and make me forgetting that now is actually lunch break only nia.. **__** The boss Eddie is serving us while his wife (forgot her name) is busy in the kitchen. First, he served us a drink. I have no idea what drink is that but it taste sweet. Hmm.. abit like honey and lemongrass. Anyway, it's really taste good! Followed by opening biscuit..so cute and crunchy! Then, our main dish for today: Fusilli & Torpedo Prawn! The foods are so nice to see make me feels like only want to keep staring on them! Hehe.. But, my stomach is making BIG noise XD. Oh, the foods are not only look-so- nice yet taste-so-good! While we are enjoying our food, Eddie coming over to have a warm chatting with us. After finished our main dish, he served us home made coffee! Osh... this is really what people called LIFE... Then, he is promoting the superstar in the cafe - GELATO! Actually we are already FULL but he wants us to give a try as it's cheap only RM 2-90 on top of the Corporate Lunch set. Both of us ordered Chocolate flavor. Soft, smooth and smell good of course taste good, too! Worth to give a try! Then, his wife is coming towards our table and again warm chatting with us. I like to chat with his wife as more friendly and outspoken! Making us laughing for about half an hour. One thing i would like to highlight is they are really trying to serve each one of u as VVIP as possible as they can memories their customers' name very well. This makes me feel like they are part of my family.. Well done! I love their concept!

My 90 Days Task: Pull Tabs

今天终于开始我给90日行动计划。第一任务就是连续90日发出30张Pull Tabs。由昨晚开始我就忙于设计6款唔同给廣告。每款我印5张。设计到凌晨1点几跟住就好眼悃佐但是都终于搞掂啦！刚才同我给拍档开会给同时我就争取时间剪嗮所有给Pull Tabs。回家途中打电话被我给朋友睇下他得唔得闲陪我壮壮胆。。好彩他得闲！我地就稳地方痴喽。当他想痴是天桥给时候突然对面街给看更大喝一声阻止我地痴个到喔。我以为30张好难发出去给谁不知唔使30分钟我地两个就搞掂佐。虽然醒身汗但是想到是为佐自己未来而奋斗给就令我振奋起来! 爽丫! 我会继续努力!!!

我选择去Sunway Mentari吃打边炉。柑ngam又有间新开给所以就试下喽是关多人吃嘛。一共有6种汤底:豆浆清汤，加哩豆浆汤，泰式东炎汤，重庆麻辣汤，药材鸡汤同埋香港沙田粥底。我地简佐药材同埋粥底。我钟意吃粥他钟意饮汤。粥还好喽都吾及得田园给滑喽。药材味道怪怪地但是他话好味喔。有专人帮你烧烤喽。其他惹都是千篇一律只不过他地会一直加满所以你就吾使担心某得吃。我推荐妈蜜鸡翼!非常好味! RM 23-80 per pax exclude drinks.
